Can I cancel my order?
If the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. Please contact us!
But if the order was shipped out, sorry to tell you that we can't cancel and refund it during the transit.
How much do you charge for shipping?
* Free global shipping on orders over $79
* Orders under $79 will be charged a shipping fee of $6.99
How long does it take for home delivery?
It depends on where you are and the shipping method you choose! In general, we will ship the items within 2 business days after you place the order:
* United States:
DHL ECommerce (7-11 business days)
DHL Express Shipping (3-6 business days)
* Rest of World:
Standard Shipping (12-20 business days)
DHL/FEDEX Express (Shipping 4-6 business days)
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
How do I apply a promotional code?
You can add a valid promotion code in the Checkout page.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.
What is the currency used to process my purchase?
Your order will be processed in United States Dollars (USD). Exchange rate depends on your credit card issuing bank.
Do I need to use my full name for my orders?
To ensure smooth Customs Clearance, please ensure that your Full Name matches that of your National Identity Card.
I haven't received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a no-reply email address.
What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

Can I return my product?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one-off exchange for an item not lower than the purchased value of the exchanged item. However, we do not allow refund in monetary terms. Please ensure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Is it safe to order through the ORARTDECO website?
Yes, ORARTDECO guarantees the security of our website. Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information. Also, when you send us your payment details, it is encrypted during transmission, and sent directly to our merchant bank.
Do I have to pay for duties and taxes and how do I pay them?
The prices of our products do not include taxes, duties, or any other additional charges (VAT, GST etc.) incurred at the destination's country. The payment for duties and taxes will be billed on behalf of our courier partners upon delivery of our parcels.
This arrangement is due to the vast differences between each nation's tax and import laws, which we are entirely not in control of. If you are unsure of the implications, do contact your country's Tax and Customs Department for more information.
Do you provide contactless delivery?
Yes! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ORARTDECO provide the service of contactless delivery to avoid direct interaction.
Contactless delivery would mean that the goods will be delivered without the need to sign for, hand off, and ideally no contact with the delivery driver to limit any physical contact.
The delivery driver will knock on the door and maintain a safe distance from the door. A call will be given if no one answers the door, a picture of the items placed at your doorstep will be taken as proof of delivery. You are highly encouraged to be present to collect the item as soon as it is delivered. If you are unable to be at the delivery address to receive your order, please ensure that someone is able to receive the items on your behalf.
What are the precautions for wearing leather jewelry?
* Please avoid contacting with water sources when wearing leather jewelry, and avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming or strenuous activities.
* When wearing leather jewelry, please avoid contacting with chemicals, including cosmetics, perfumes, detergents, etc.
* Leather jewelry is soft. Please avoid contacting with rough and sharp objects when wearing it, and avoid tearing for fear that causing scratches, abrasion, deformation, or tearing.
